Agreement to terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using Founder Foundations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the course materials.
What you receive
Founder Foundations is a private digital course delivered as a PDF and related materials. Access is granted to the individual purchaser through a personal account.
License and restrictions
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your own education. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share publicly, or create derivative works from the materials. You may not use the content for commercial training or coaching programs without written permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abusive behavior.
No professional advice
The course is educational content based on the instructor’s experience. It is not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions for your situation.
Payment and access
Course access is granted after successful payment. Prices are listed in United States dollars. We use Paddle to process payments. Access may be revoked for chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, William Christopher Skelley Courses is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course.
